Our approach stands out because we focus on both sustainability and performance. During the first two to three years of your program or project, we provide ongoing support for monitoring and evaluation. This includes setting up performance indicators, data collection systems, reporting tools, and continuous improvement processes.
We also make it a priority to help you build internal capacity. By establishing strong systems, tools, and performance metrics within your organization, we co-build or enhance the system and structure you need to run and grow your program or project independently over time.
