We believe that evaluation should be an ongoing cycle (prior, during, and post-implementation) and thus integral to all aspects of the business/service initiative analysis. Evaluation supports the effectiveness, responsiveness, and alignment of initiatives with established objectives and outcomes.

A team of expert evaluators works with MMI to develop, implement, and design evaluation frameworks that assess performance, outcomes, and ultimate impact.

The evaluation framework is created at the beginning and continuously modified throughout the project lifecycle to maintain consistency, relevance, and flexibility. By applying this methodology, MMI provides clients with the means to hold themselves accountable for results, assist in informed decision-making, and support continued improvement by providing a greater understanding of how to enhance, retain, or expand the value of their products, services, or initiatives.
